What does a subscription model entail?

The subscription model has been around for several years and has recently been extended: we seek ease and agility when purchasing services and products on a recurring basis. If you add to this the peace of mind of enjoying them in the comfort of your home, that is when FInorBox can bring you value.

This mode of purchase involves a registration process with the selection of a particular model of box and its periodicity, which we will send to your home every month. Depending on the time chosen, you make a commitment over time to your respective recurring payment. In this way, not only will you enjoy the products of our boxes every month but also, without having to make a new purchase process. In each month, you'll find a surprise effect on FinorBox boxes, giving you comfort and peace of mind.

What is the difference between subscription box and gift box?

The main difference between the subscription box and the gift box lies mainly in the temporality and quantity of products. That is, a gift box is purchased and enjoyed only once, instead the subscription is a recurring purchase, which according to the periodicity you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) will arrive at your home every month, with a different variety of products, without having the need to do the purchase process every time. About the quantity, gift boxes offer one more accompaniment than the subscription boxes.

Where do we send?

At the moment we only ship to the Iberian Peninsula and balearic islands. We hope shortly to expand our reach.

What days will you ship?

We know the illusion that you have to receive the box you have just purchased and to taste those delicious products.

Thinking about you, and complying with the policies of the delivery companies, the system and shipping periods of subscription, gift and company boxes is as follows:

Subscription: Delivery of the first box will be within 5 business days, which will be between Monday and Thursday. If you purchased it from Thursday afternoon, the delivery time will begin the following Monday. To find out when shipments will arrive for the next few months, you can review it in the next question.

We do this, as on the weekend some delivery companies do not work and we prefer to keep the boxes in our warehouse and schedule their shipment the following Monday, rather than that the delivery people have it during the weekend.

Gift: The delivery of gift boxes will be between 48 and 72 hours from the formalization of the shipment. If it is between Monday and Thursday we will try to get them arriving within 48 hours. Starting Thursday afternoon, they will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.

Company: Deadlines will always be agreed in common with your company, taking into account in advance the preparation time by volume of boxes and the delivery times by distance and stipulated dates.

When will I receive my subscription box?

What a joy you have already bought your first FinorBox, we are very excited that you are part of this community. Thinking about your desires to start tasting in the comfort of your home the handmade products, we will try to get your first box in a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of payment.

From the second delivery, it will arrive between the third or fourth week of the month.

Is there a compromise in subscription modes?

As you should know, we have 4 subscription services. As the months you want to receive your FinorBox increase, so do our non-linear discounts. We reward your commitment.

We do not have any permanence, you can cancel your subscription and to try other products or other boxes. However, for your convenience and for optimal management of your unsubscribing, and to prevent us from sending you your box, we ask you to notify us before the 5th of each month to unsubscribe. If you do not notify us, in a prudent time, our automation will give the notice to make the preparation, shipping and collection of the box of the current month.

With this point clarified, we continue with the good news: discounts on our subscriptions. In all three box sizes:  Degustación, Deleite and Festín we offer you incentives to continue with us. This helps both you and your pocket and save you time managing your renovation, we are sure you would want to renew it. 

Our loyalty incentive program works so that in the last month of your selection you will get the substantial savings, until you get a free box in the yearly subscription. As things are best understood when presented to us in different ways, what we have told you, we will show you in a simple table associated with each box size.

How do I make returns?

Too bad you are reading this question, if you are not satisfied, or the product has arrived damaged and you have to be in the process of returning your box, please read our returns policy in our legal section.

How do you help reduce plastic consumption?

In order for the products to arrive as fresh as the day they were made, they are vacuum packed in plastic, which is easily recyclable in the yellow container. With regard to shipping bags, we have given ourselves the task of finding a supplier to provide us with shipping bags of 100% recycled material. In addition to this, our bags have double tape to reuse it, if you need to return your box (hopefully it doesn't happen to you), this way we don't have to use/search/consume a second bag, which means 50% plastic savings in shipping issues. This is all the plastic we use.

Are your boxes recyclable?

Our boxes, as well as their contents are cardboard and wood derivatives, which are recycled in blue container. Wait, you don't have to throw  away your FinorBox, follow us and keep an eye out for our publications, we will teach you different ways to give a second life to both your box and glass containers!

Where is my payment details stored?

We do not store your payment details in FinorBox. They are saved by our payment gateway provider. For more information, we invite you to go to our legal section.

How secure is your payment system?

How secure is your website?

You can rely on the security of our website, because on the left side of our URL, you will find the padlock, where by clicking on it, you will be able to see the detail of the electronic certificate that guarantees that you have actually entered FinorBox. At FinorBox we have followed all security protocols to minimize the risk of attack or counterfeiting of our website.

Do you have a physical office where I can visit you?

Of course! We would love for you to stop by so we can take a coffee while we meet and tell you about our shocking adventures of this project. Our office and warehouse is located in Sabadell, you can see in the link where we are.

What if I have an allergy or intolerance?

If you are like me, Kike and have any allergies, in the first purchase confirmation email, we will remind you that if you suffer from something, please tell us as soon as possible, to adapt the box of the month to your need.

Each month the products we select will be different.

That's why we can't offer you the option to be yourself/whoever makes the choice.

What if I don't like a product?

We have tasted each of the products of our suppliers and really, we can tell you, that we are amazed with their flavor. Our friends joke and tell us we're going to eat all the genre. Out of a joke, if your palate still wants to see other horizons, contact us to tell us about your experience. We will always try to improve it and surely, we will find the ideal product or combination especially for you.

What are the features of my FinorBox products?

In addition to the number of products contained in our boxes, we have ensured that their quantity is sufficient for each purpose. In this sense, the sausages range from 100 gr to 300 gr. Selected cheeses can range from 200 to 280 gr. The products such as jams and honeys, come in two presentations, large and small, between 150 and 250 gr large and between 30 and 50 gr the small ones. The preserves and jams come in larger jars, their weight ranges from 190 to 300 gr. Finally, snacks, on average come in presentations ranging from 100 gr to 225 gr.

Our task, which we do with great enthusiasm and passion, is to try to find the balance between the best combination of flavors, quantity, and size.

What should I do if I have received a damaged product?

First of all, let us tell you that we'd be very sorry if this happened to you, and especially to you. This will be very rare to happen, because thanks to the subscription model, the products are as fresh as possible. If this still happens, please contact us immediately to take care of your case and find the best solution.

What quality system do you have to select your products?

You're going to laugh a little here: If the product gives me an allergy (Kike) we discard it, while Viri laughs and I scratch myself. Seriously, it has not been an easy task to find the quality of the products we want to offer you, we have traveled the countryside and had long conversations with our collaborators, until we reduce the list to those you will find in the producers section. We invite you to take a walk through that section, so that you know them a little bit more.
